OUR aim is to SUPPORT
evidence-based collaborative action to improve
Creatingpathways is a collaborative venture instigated by Griffith University. Our aim is to support evidence-based collaborative action to improve children’s wellbeing.
By providing capacity-building resources for child and family serving agencies, creatingpathways works to promote the collective power of community coalitions to become successful agents of community-wide change for children and families.
Creating Pathways to Prevention is a long-term research program based at Griffith University. It builds on successive stages of ARC-funded project work that has included Pathways to Prevention (1999-2011), and Creating the Conditions for Collective Impact (2014-2016).
Creating Pathways uses the CREATE framework to strengthen the way the developmental system as a whole operates as an integrated system of care for children and families through:
Relationships, trust and engagement
Accountability and shared responsibility for goals and measurable outcomes
Training-focus and empowerment through continuous skills development
